The Model CR/SB Sieve Bend is part of the line of proprietary equipment
offered by Clinch River Corporation for classification or dewatering
coal and mineral products. The CR/SB Sieve Bend combination of unique
features with durability generate one of the lowest cost per ton
of processed feed available.
Standard designs can easily be adapted to fit your application
needs. We also offer custom designs and configurations to meet your
specific requirements. Ceramic liners or spray-on urethane coatings
are available for extended wear life. Also vibration can be added
to the static sieve for special applications.
 FEED
BOX: Improved box
and feed chute design permits full utilization of screen surface,
controls splashing and flooding of screen. Options include ceramic
liners for extended wear life.
FRAME:
Rotates 180 degrees to reposition the sharp leading edge
of screen into slurry flow. Increased accuracy of separation and
longer wear life result.
QUICK
RELEASE: Hold down fasteners and seal minimize screen
change downtime.
SCREENS:
Stainless steel profile and tie rods for corrosion and wear resistance.
Multiple selection of profile rods to serve a wide range of applications
and conditions, high wear to fine mesh. Rod
and bar selection minimizes blinding, promotes efficient screening
and improved dewatering.
